A. Yes, you will be automatically taken to a download page after your order where you can download it. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to read it.

Q. Can I get a refund if I am not happy with the product?

A. Yes! I use Clickbank to process all my orders and they will refund your investment without question so long as it is within 8 weeks of purchase. You will have to delete the Confessions of a Website Copywriter manual from your hard drive before you request a refund, however the bonus reports are yours to keep regardless.

You can request your refund by emailing your Clickbank receipt to refunds@clickbank.com. A warning though. Recidivist refunders will get banned by Clickbank so look out if you are one of those guys who orders a heap of digital products and refunds 2 seconds later. There will be consequences.

Having said that though, if you want to legitimately refund my manual and you've given it an honest go, then feel free to request a refund. We'll still be friends ;)

A. Yes. But you will have to email me on webmaster@digital-copywriting.com because I don't accept everyone.

Q. I need a copywriter. Do you do any freelance work?

A. Yes, but I specialize in only 1) web page sales letters and 2) lead generation. I don't do anything else. I charge $600 per A4 page of copy written from scratch and $300 for rewrites. I can also do royalty payments in lieu of the normal flat fee (although this is only in special circumstances). Q. Do you do critiques?

A. Sure do. This may be your best bet if you can't afford my services as it often just takes a few small changes to increase conversions significantly.
